Three wonderful homes for rent and for sale along the Riviera Maya at Puerto Morelos, minutes south of the world-renowned resort of Cancun. Far enough away and protected by a remarkable mangrove - close but not too close, retaining the essence of a Mexican fishing village, yet with a coffee shop, grocery stores, dive shops, and all sorts of great restaurants.
Vacation along the Riviera Maya, Mexico, in style, from new and WOW at Ocean Homes, to comfortable and lazy at Sol y Luna, or somewhere in between with the protected gardens of the villa, Casa de la Paz.
Telephone me, Virginia, in the U.S. at 1-800-844-7635 or (434) 951-5125 or EMAIL ME, which is always the quickest, surest way to reach me...
Send me your 1. preferred dates (any flexibility?) 2. how many people and what ages 3. properties in which you are most interested
I look forward to helping you find the perfect spot in Puerto Morelos for your vacation!

When you have the urge for a little bit of Mexico, bike (there are bike rentals available in town) or drive into the quaint fishing village, Puerto Morelos, with its lovely shops, excellent restaurants in all price ranges, and a pretty central square like those found throughout the region, where locals gather & children play. You'll find a grocery store, coffee shop and juice bar, liquor store, drug store, ATM, internet cafes, dive shops, fishing & snorkeling tours, and more. There are restaurants and bars in all price ranges, and you can buy fish right off of the dock daily.

You'll want to rent a car at the airport and take advantage of some of the sites along the coast... there's Playa del Carmen, XCaret, Xel Ha, Tulum, Akumal, and more, all within reasonably close drive from the house. In addition to the ruins at Tulum and Coba south of the house, you may wish to make a day of it & drive to Chichen Itza. It's a few hours away, and we like to stay the night in the city of Valladolid, but many of our guests have "done the ruins" in a day and returned to Casa de la Paz that evening.
There are so many wonderful possibilities for adventure, the location of Casa de la Paz being between the jungle and the Caribbean, yet moments from a cute Mexican town, an international resort, cenotes, ruins, and wildlife refuges.
